Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 19 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Halo Olah!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Cameron Sloan!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Chris Edwards and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Olah tries to land a front kick but Sloan steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Sloan looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it.
Sloan throws a body kick that misses.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Sloan.
Olah feinted with a counter takedown.
Olah misses with a body shot.
Sloan circles away from the clinch attempt.
A little jabbing left from Sloan on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Olah throws a low kick, looking for Sloan's leg but Sloan calmly moves out of range.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Sloan.
Olah has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Sloan finds it's way round the side to connect with Olah's head.
Sloan throws a half hearted mid kick.
Olah is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Olah takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Sloan throws a lazy right hand but Olah sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Sloan has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Olah is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Sloan fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Olah is out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Olah misses with a looping right.
Olah displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Sloan throws out the jab.
Olah throws a solid leg kick but Sloan takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Olah.
Olah closes this distance looking for a takedown but Sloan circles away.
Olah tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Sloan defends well and Olah ends up having to push Sloan into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

The fighters circling - Sloan throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Olah tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Sloan manages to circle out of the way.
Sloan scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Olah doesn't seem bothered though.
Sloan throws a wild body kick that Olah sees coming a mile off.
Sloan throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Olah takes one on the chin but seems OK.


It looks like Halo Olah has been cut.
Sloan dips to his left and cracks Olah with an uppercut!
Sloan misses with a kick to the body.

Sloan changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Cameron Sloan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Olah tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Sloan swings for the body but Olah moves out of range.
Olah shoots in for a takedown but Sloan shows good takedown defense.
And Sloan responds with a good body kick, but Olah manages to step out the way in time.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Halo Olah. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sloan swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Sloan thows a body kick. Olah tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Sloan pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

We've been told by Olah's head coaches at SWF GYM - JUDO 'n' MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Olah tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Olah crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Sloan - the referee stops the clock and Olah gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Sloan. Olah manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Olah closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sloan is trying to keep Olah in close.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

Sloan connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Olah momentarily.
Olah uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sloan.
Olah looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Olah throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Olah shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Sloan avoids the head kick by Olah.

and Sloan counters with an inside leg kick.

Sloan lands with an overhand left.
Sloan lands a body shot.
Sloan scores with a push kick.
Sloan jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sloan cracks a nice hook into Olah's ribs.
Olah moves forwards but Sloan connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Sloan lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Sloan lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Olah falls backwards - clearly groggy! Sloan dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Cameron Sloan!
After winning the bout, Cameron Sloan thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
