Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Keikan Kira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Test Fighter A (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kira comes into the arena with Muga - Prayer to Villian blaring out of the sound system. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Test Fighter A was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Tiny Johnson and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kira loads up on a big right hand but Fighter A slips the punch.
Kira scores with a one two! Fighter A had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Fighter A misses with a lunging right hand
and Kira counters with a nice uppercut.
Kira throws a right and a left that Fighter A avoids nicely.
Kira has been working on his boxing with his coaches at LOD: Contenders in the buildup to the fight.
Kira connects with a single shot there.
Kira has taken the fight to the clinch.
Kira lands a body punch in the clinch.
Fighter A pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Kira clinches with his opponent.
Fighter A manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kira is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Kira won't allow Fighter A to sweep him here.
Kira thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Kira throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Fighter A is trying to control the position but Kira postures up.

Kira pushing down on Fighter A's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Fighter A tries to roll over but Kira keeps him under control.
Kira controlling the pace.
Kira wants to stand up but Fighter A has a hold of him and won't allow it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fighter A is trying to stand back up but Kira is controlling him
Kira thows a huge punch but Fighter A dodges it nicely.
Kira perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Fighter A really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kira. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Kira missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Fighter A is looking for a sweep. Kira is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Kira is looking to advance position but Fighter A won't allow it.
Fighter A is doing well to control the position and prevent Kira from advancing to side control.
Kira takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Fighter A is trying to get back to full guard.
Kira has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Fighter A defend it? Kira steps over the head and cranks it - Fighter A is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Kira!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Keikan Kira!
Keikan Kira gave a mention to Spartan Nutrition in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
