The judges for this bout are James Glass, Colin Fotheringham and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Voorhees misses with a body shot.
Jerome shoots in looking for a takedown. Voorhees tries to sprawl out of it but Jerome keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Voorhees manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Jerome shoots in for a double leg but Voorhees sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Jerome is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Jerome manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
Voorhees has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Jerome drops down looking for an ankle pick but Voorhees pulls his leg out and moves away.

Jerome really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Voorhees. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

After the fight, Anderson Voorhees was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
