Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Jason London Slap Killer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Lavezzi Cavani! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, James Atkins and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Slap Killer closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Cavani wants a takedown.
Slap Killer throws a knee to the head but misses.
Cavani pulls guard effortlessly. Cavani is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Slap Killer is aware though and is defending well. Slap Killer wants to stand but Cavani is controlling his posture from full guard. Slap Killer knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Cavani on the ground. Slap Killer stopping the sweep attempt from Cavani. Cavani is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Slap Killer is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at SWF GYM - JUDO 'n' MMA that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet. Cavani is trying to control the action in half guard but Slap Killer is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cavani seems to be looking for submissions.
Slap Killer on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Slap Killer tries to get out of the position. Cavani trying to pass the guard but Slap Killer defending well. Cavani looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Cavani trying to control from half guard but Slap Killer is working away. Cavani frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Cavani with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Cavani goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Slap Killer is on top in guard.

Cavani bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Slap Killer's guard.
Cavani thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Slap Killer is wriggling around but Cavani manages to pass to half guard.
Slap Killer is breathing heavily. Cavani is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
We've been informed that Cavani has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cavani wants to work for an arm triangle but Slap Killer is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Slap Killer is not content to let Cavani control the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Cavani has control of Slap Killer's left arm, preventing Slap Killer from doing any damage. Slap Killer trying to control the position from guard on top but Cavani is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Slap Killer has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Slap Killer wanted to stand there but Cavani had control of the position.

Cavani looking for a sweep. Not yet Cavani, not yet. Cavani is trying to control the position but Slap Killer postures up. Cavani is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Jason London Slap Killer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Cavani lands a leg kick that knocks Slap Killer off balance momentarily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. The fight stays on the outside here - Cavani looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Slap Killer moves into the clinch successfully.

Cavani pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Slap Killer taps out and this one is all over!
