Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Damien Redman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony Ramos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Redman comes to the ring accompanied by Put Your Lights On . Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

11 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tony Ramos! The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Igor Prikhodko and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Redman wants to clinch. Ramos looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Redman throws a right hand that misses
and Ramos counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Redman! Redman manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Ramos tries to get to full guard but Redman has control of the leg. Ramos wants to control but Redman is keeping busy and won't allow it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ramos is looking for a sweep. Redman is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Ramos is trying to control but can't.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Ramos lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ramos ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Ramos throws a jab but it's blocked by Redman. Ramos has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Redman finds it's way round the side to connect with Ramos's head. Redman scores with a nice head shot.
It looks like Tony Ramos has been cut. Ramos misses with a body shot.

We've been told by Redman's head coaches at Gorilla Warfare MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Redman throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Ramos misses with a hook. Redman takes the fight into the clinch.

Ramos throws out a powerful jab. Ramos scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Redman throws a hook but Ramos blocks it. Redman getting the better of the striking in that exchange. A jab from Ramos misses. Nice shot by Redman. Redman with a nice cross.
Ramos is rocked! Ramos gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Redman gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 5:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Damien Redman! Damien Redman retains his featherweight title! Damien Redman spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
