Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dick Army (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Guido Gloom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Army's entrance music is Vagina Coastguard. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Army lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Gloom has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Gloom and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Gloom looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Gloom misses with a kick to the body
and Army counters with a nice uppercut.
We've been told by Army's head coaches at LOD-Guts & Glory Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Army cracks Gloom with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Gloom throws the kick towards the body but Army avoids it.
Army was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Gloom with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Army to score with a decent uppercut.

Gloom manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Army on his heels. He'll look to pass Army's guard now, I'm sure.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Army lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Gloom backwards.

Gloom has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Army clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Gloom is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Army has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
