Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jae Pollard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hudson Archie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jae Pollard! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hudson Archie! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, George Francis and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A momentary lapse in concentration from Pollard enables Archie to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Pollard manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Archie is stalling in the full guard. Pollard wants to sweep here but Archie controlling him for the moment. Archie controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Archie won't allow Pollard to sweep him here. Archie is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. It looks like Archie might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Archie bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Pollard can't do much from the bottom here. Pollard is trying to escape the position but Archie is controlling the position. Pollard really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pollard tries to bench press Archie off him but Archie keeps the position. You can see the frustration on Pollard's face as Archie controls the position. Let's hope that Archie has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pollard is trying to get back to half guard. Archie tries to advance to mount but Pollard instead regains half guard. Pollard is trying to get back to full guard. Archie perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. We're seeing a lot of stalling here from Archie.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Pollard ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Archie moves away. Pollard gets caught napping as Archie dives in and scores a takedown. Pollard manages to retain guard. Archie postures up.
Archie's corner is telling him to maintain position. Archie looking to pass the guard. Pollard will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Pollard is trying to keep Archie in close.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hudson Archie dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Archie fails with a takedown attempt. Pollard wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Archie has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Pollard shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Archie pinned against the cage. Archie gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Archie shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Archie takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Pollard is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Archie controlling the pace.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Archie gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Pollard counters with a two punch combo. Archie shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Pollard defends it nicely. Jae Pollard has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hudson Archie.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nice uppercut there from Pollard. Jae Pollard is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Archie fails with a takedown attempt. Pollard is looking to counter the offense by Archie and move into the clinch. Hudson Archie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Pollard is trying to push Archie away but Archie has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Archie jumps into guard, dragging Pollard to the mat.
Pollard postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Pollard trying to stand up but can't free himself from Archie's guard. Pollard stands and steps away. Archie gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Pollard looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Archie is fending him off so far but Pollard persists. Nope, Archie circles away and we're back to standing. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hudson Archie showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Pollard tries to close the distance and clinch but Archie swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Archie decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Pollard regains full guard. Nicely done. Pollard can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Archie controls the pace. Archie preventing the sweep. Pollard seems keen to control Archie's posture. Archie content to stall in guard here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Archie must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Archie on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Pollard throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Archie counters with a shoot takedown. Pollard fights it but they end up in guard. Pollard looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pollard can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Archie controls the pace. Archie preventing the sweep. Archie seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Archie tries to free his leg and advance position but Pollard is retaining full guard. Archie looking to control the position here, rather than advance. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Archie shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Pollard but Pollard pushes him off and we're back to square one. Archie shoots in for a takedown but Pollard shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Pollard throws a head kick but Archie moves out of range.
Archie tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Archie misses with a takedown attempt and Pollard counters with a big head kick but Archie shrugs it off. Jae Pollard has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hudson Archie. Archie fails miserably with a takedown attempt. As Archie looks to move away, Pollard throws a big counter combo bu Archie just gets out of the way. Archie takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Archie shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Pollard defends it nicely. Pollard fails to land the takedown. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Pollard misses with a wild combination.
And that's the end of the fight! Hudson Archie comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Archie winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
