Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sid Vicious (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sailor Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Gracie's choice of entrance music: Disciples of Power - Lords of Creation. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

13 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Sailor Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Chris Downing and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie goes for a double leg but Vicious avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Vicious continues to drive forward.
Gracie blocks a head kick by Vicious.
Gracie checks a leg kick nicely.
We've been hearing reports that Vicious has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Gracie defending well as Vicious loads up on a big left hand.
Gracie drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Vicious defends it well.
Vicious closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Gracie's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Gracie tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Vicious just stands there and leans against the cage.
Sid Vicious has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sailor Gracie.

Vicious fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Gracie can't get the takedown.
Vicious digs a right hand into Gracie's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Gracie's gas tank.
Vicious scores with a nice hook to the head.
Vicious throws a punch but it's blocked by Gracie.
Vicious is pushing Gracie up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Gracie has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Vicious after a bit of a struggle.
Vicious fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Gracie prevents a body shot from Vicious.
Vicious is leaning against Gracie and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Vicious lands a left hand.

Vicious tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Gracie ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Gracie no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Vicious advances to half guard.

Gracie wants to control but Vicious is keeping busy.
Vicious trying to pass the guard but Gracie defending well.
Gracie tries to roll over but Vicious keeps him under control.
Vicious is nestled in close to Gracie, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Gracie is trying to control but can't.

Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gracie regains full guard. Nicely done.

Vicious landing with the ground and pound.
Gracie is looking for a triangle but Vicious pushes his legs off easily.
Vicious stands up over Gracie, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Vicious passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Vicious lands a few punches from side control.
Vicious looks up at the clock and then as Gracie takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Vicious smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Vicious tries for a kimura but Gracie is defending well.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Gracie tries to bench press Vicious off him but Vicious keeps the position.
Vicious connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Gracie some visible discomfort.
Gracie is looking for a sweep.
Vicious scores with punches from side control.
Gracie can't do much from the bottom here.

Vicious advances to mount.
Gracie is mounted but he's throwing punches.
Vicious breaks from Gracie's wrist control and lands an elbow.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Gracie wants to hold on but Vicious pushes him away.
Vicious with shots to the head and body - Gracie looks very uncomfortable down there.
Gracie is rocked!
Gracie can't escape the position.
Gracie is still in real trouble! Can Vicious finish him?
Vicious softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Gracie is out cold! Vicious jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sid Vicious!

Sailor Gracie spoke after the fight, saying 'Dimensionless, I shall return stronger than you can imagine.'.
