The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Jonathan Paton and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bregenzer throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Bregenzer misses with a series of wild punches.
Holmes tries to counter by clinching up but Bregenzer breaks away and moves out of range.
Bregenzer with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Bregenzer throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Holmes stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Bregenzer scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Holmes doesn't seem bothered though.
Holmes shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Holmes could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
