Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
15 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Gottlieb Hiebknecht! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Domino Kennedy! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Richard Clark and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hiebknecht takes a shot right to the bread basket. Kennedy pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Hiebknecht tests Kennedy's chin there with a solid looking shot. Hiebknecht checks a low kick from Kennedy. Kennedy misses with a straight right. Kennedy looks to land a right hand but Hiebknecht moved out of range. Kennedy throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Hiebknecht lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Kennedy is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Kennedy thows a huge punch but Hiebknecht dodges it nicely.

On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off. Kennedy lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hiebknecht circles away quickly and effectively. Kennedy lands a body shot.
