Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jomlong Kiapoity (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Serge Ibaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ibaka comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Eros Ramazzotti - Un'Emozione Per Sempre kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kiapoity just misses with a punch to the body.
Ibaka looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

Ibaka has Kiapoity up against the cage in a clinch.

Kiapoity wants the takedown. Ibaka is fighting it off but Kiapoity persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Ibaka's guard against the cage.
Ibaka seems keen to control Kiapoity's posture.

Kiapoity drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Kiapoity jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kiapoity wants to pass the guard but Ibaka is keeping the position.

Kiapoity is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Ibaka is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Ibaka has escaped and now he's on top!
Ibaka controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kiapoity is looking for a triangle but Ibaka pushes his legs off easily.
Ibaka controls from within his opponent's guard.

Kiapoity has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ibaka can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Ibaka is posturing up here but Kiapoity has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Ibaka tries to roll out but it's too tight and Ibaka has to tap! Slick submission there by Kiapoity!
