Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Genki Dama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carver Cade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Alec Ball and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cade connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Dama accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Dama wants to control from the top but Cade keeps moving.

Cade has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Dama has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Cade clobbers Dama with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Cade tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Dama defends well and Cade ends up having to push Dama into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

A little jabbing left from Cade on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Cade shoots in but Dama avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Dama bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Dama fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Cade manages to avoid it.
Cade misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Dama counters with a nice double leg into side control. Cade won't be happy with that.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Dama goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Cade rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Dama's guard! Nice work there by Cade!
Dama looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Cade has picked Dama up and slammed him! Dama can't keep hold of the triangle and Cade manages to pass to side control!
Check out the look on Cade's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!

Dama tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Cade was well out of range. Poor timing from Dama.

Dama is looking to wear down Cade with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Cade misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Dama shoots in looking for a takedown. Cade tries to sprawl out of it but Dama keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Cade manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Cade throws out a counter right but Dama avoids it with no problem.
A punch lands to the side of Dama 's head but he takes it in his stride.

After winning the bout, Carver Cade thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
