PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mac Daddy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Big Dipper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Daddy has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Daddy just misses with a elbow thrown towards Dipper's brow.
Daddy keeps control of Dipper as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Daddy lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Daddy lands a body punch.
Daddy throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Dipper blocks it with crossed arms.
Daddy is breathing heavily.
Dipper avoids a wild elbow strike from Daddy.

Dipper jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Daddy walks away with a smile on his face. Dipper gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Dipper shoots in for a takedown but Daddy shows good takedown defense.
Daddy tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Dipper manages to circle out of the way.
Mac Daddy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Big Dipper.

Daddy connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

It looked like Daddy was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Big Dipper is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Dipper tries to score a power double leg takedown but Daddy sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Dipper somewhat.
Dipper's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Daddy connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Dipper scrambles back to his feet.
