Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Patches Meech (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josh Clegane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Meech might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to shear it maybe. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Josh Clegane enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 29 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Patches Meech! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Josh Clegane! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Trevor Gratis and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Clegane shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Clegane was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Clegane staying calm. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Meech wants to get back to his feet. Clegane misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Meech is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Clegane throws an elbow but Meech slips to the side and avoids it well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Meech bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet! Nice sprawl there from Meech as Clegane shoots in. Meech connects with a right hand. Clegane shakes it off. Clegane shoots in for a takedown but Meech shows good takedown defense. Clegane closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Clegane tries to score a power double leg takedown but Meech sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Clegane somewhat. Patches Meech has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Josh Clegane. Clegane takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
No joy there for Meech, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Meech rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Clegane moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Patches Meech is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Clegane shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Meech pushes Clegane off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Clegane looks winded!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Clegane shoots in for a takedown but Meech shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Clegane fails with the takedown and Meech cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Meech swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Clegane. Meech looks to land a combination. Clegane sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Meech looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Meech fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Clegane feints the counter takedown. Meech works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Meech throws a series of punches but Clegane avoids them all with ease. Meech throws a series of punches but Clegane moves out of range. And Clegane tries to counter it with a takedown but Meech pushes his down on his head and steps out. Clegane slips a jab and a cross from Meech.
Meech connects with a jab. Meech gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Clegane won't allow Meech to get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Meech has his feet on Clegane's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Patches Meech seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A combination from Meech does no damage. Clegane has his takedown stuffed and Meech counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Left hook, right uppercut from Meech. A jab from Meech does it's job there. Meech throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Meech lands a slapping body shot.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Clegane dives in for a single leg takedown but Meech sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Meech keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Clegane dodges the punch combination from Meech.
Clegane drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Meech defends it well. Meech swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Meech uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Meech lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Meech is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Clegane looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Meech manages to escape and get back to his feet! The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. A right-left combo lands from Meech. Meech will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Patches Meech dominated that round. That's time! Meech's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Meech cracks Clegane with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Meech jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Clegane doesn't succeed with the takedown and Meech counters with a lovely shot to the body. Clegane shoots in looking for a takedown but Meech manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Clegane's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Clegane misses with a takedown attempt and Meech counters with a straight right hand. Patches Meech has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Josh Clegane. Meech lands a glancing blow to the side of Clegane's head. Meech throws a right hand that Clegane ducks under and follows up with a left that Clegane also avoids with ease. Clegane takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Meech scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Clegane is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Clegane loses concentration momentarily and Meech pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Clegane crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Meech finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Patches Meech! Patches Meech spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
