Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gregory Pen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Gregory Pen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
19 - 10 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, David Taylor ! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fighters circling - Taylor throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Pen is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Taylor . Pen motions for Taylor to come forward. Pen throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Pen changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Taylor looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Pen misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Taylor is looking to reverse the position. Pen lands a few punches from side control. Taylor is not content to let Pen control the position. Pen cracks Taylor with an elbow. That is naaassty. Taylor tries to get back to half guard but can't. Pen with the ground and pound but Taylor regains half guard under the barage of strikes. Taylor moves into full guard.
Pen in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
That's one minute gone in the round. Taylor has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Taylor lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Pen is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Pen controls Taylor momentarily but Taylor frees himself. Taylor landing some decent shots from guard. Pen looking to hit a scissor sweep but Taylor is one step ahead there. Taylor pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Pen is keeping the position for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Taylor is looking to work some ground and pound but Pen has wrist control. Taylor being controlled here momentarily. Taylor lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Pen keeping moving, preventing Taylor from controlling successfully. Pen wants to sweep here but Taylor controlling him for the moment. Pen wants to hit a switch here but Taylor passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Pen there! Pen wants to hold on but Taylor pushes him away. Pen really trying hard to get back to half guard here.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Taylor connects with a bit shot that sees Pen covering up! More strikes from Taylor and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Taylor is our winner by TKO!
