Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Chester Emerson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Monster Old (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Emerson comes to the cage accompanied by Inner Circle - Bad Boys. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chester Emerson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Monster Old! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Colin Fotheringham and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Old looking to score a takedown here. Emerson is defending well but Old drives through and ends up in Emerson's guard. Old is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Old trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Emerson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Old on the ground. Old in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Old throws a big elbow that misses. Old pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Emerson is keeping the position for now. Old throws a big right hand that misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Old stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Emerson swivels though and keeps the full guard. Old sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Emerson's guard. Old is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

That's one minute gone in the round. Old is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Old works his way into side control. Old tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Old working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Old looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Old is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Emerson knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Emerson has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Old tries to move into full mount but can't pass Emerson's legs. Old tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Old is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Emerson has escaped the position, nice work there. Emerson prevents Old from improving position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Old looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Old creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Emerson sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Old passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Emerson! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Old with the ground and pound from mount. Old has hold of Emerson's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Emerson manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Emerson wants to control but Old is having none of it. Old looking for a guillotine from mount but Emerson is having none of it. Old lands a heavy elbow. Old working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Old working for a submission but Emerson is keeping him at bay. Old is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Emerson to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Emerson shrugs it off. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Emerson wants to get back to his feet.
Old is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Emerson can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Old dominating with strikes here. We've been informed that Old has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Emerson is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
Old swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Emerson is now in Old's guard. A big mistake from Old there, giving up the dominant position! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Monster Old dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Old has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Old there as he acknowledges the shot. Old gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Emerson counters with a straight right hand. A slow jab from Emerson misses its intended target. Old throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Emerson's waist but Emerson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Old off to one side. A little feinted left hand from Emerson on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Monster Old seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Old tries for a takedown but Emerson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Chester Emerson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Monster Old. Old ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Emerson moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Old shoots in but doesn't get the takedown letting Emerson counter with a right hand. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Emerson throws a shot to the body.
Old slips a straight right by Emerson. Emerson smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Old shoots for a takedown but Emerson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Old has his takedown stuffed and Emerson cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Old is defended easily by Emerson. Old misses with a takedown letting Emerson counter with a right hand. Old changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Emerson tries to avoid it but Old manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Emerson to the ground. Emerson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Old darts in looking for a takedown but Emerson gets double underhooks and turns Old into the cage. Emerson throwing a counter right hand but Old manages to avoid it. Old dives in and grabs Emerson's left leg, looking for a takedown. Emerson pushes down on Old's head and hops out. Old ducks right into an uppercut from Emerson. Old has been the more effective fighter overall so far. The crowd cheers as Emerson lands an impressive looking overhand right. Old doesn't seem phased though. No joy for Old on that attempt. Emerson is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:25 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chester Emerson! A very excited looking Chester Emerson rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
