State comes to the cage accompanied by Die for Metal. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Chris Edwards and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daross just misses with a punch to the body.
Daross throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
State lands a big head kick that sends Daross tumbling to the mat! State takes a step backwards and waves Daross back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Hendrik Daross has been cut.
Nice defenses there by State.
Daross scores with a nice head shot.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from State.
An inside leg kick lands from Daross.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Daross connects with a solid leg kick.
Daross throws a body kick that misses.
As Daross backs away, State returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
State looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Daross swings for the body but State moves out of range.
State ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Daross tries to land a front kick but State steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Daross misses with a jab to the body
letting State counter with a right hand.
State looks to throw the jab but Daross is out of range.
Daross looks for the body kick but State saw that one coming.
BOOM! State lands a beautiful left hook that drops Daross. Daross tries to recover but State is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Daross lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Police State!
Police State retains his light heavyweight title!
Police State bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
