The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Akbar lands a head shot.

Alla Akbar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rabbane goes for a double leg but Akbar avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Akbar continues to drive forward.

Rabbane throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Akbar's waist but Akbar gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Rabbane off to one side.

Rabbane is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Akbar doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Rabbane crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Rabbane's bad books for that mishap!
