The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Disilva darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Cantu wants to get back to full guard.
Cantu trying to hold on to Disilva's head to control him but Disilva postures up.
Disilva is stalling here. Cantu is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Disilva seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Cantu has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Disilva is trying to control Cantu's posture but Cantu avoids it.

Cantu shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Disilva but Disilva pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Disilva only half commits to the counter leg kick.
Disilva throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Cantu tries to clinch but Disilva is having none of it.
Cantu moves in looking to clinch but Disilva pushes him off.

Cantu ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Cantu no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
