Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Lemmy Frankenfurter! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Dan Killcowski! The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Daniel Franklin and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Killcowski avoids the head kick by Frankenfurter.
Killcowski looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Frankenfurter lands a big head kick that sends Killcowski tumbling to the mat! Frankenfurter takes a step backwards and waves Killcowski back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Dan Killcowski has been cut. Frankenfurter closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Frankenfurter breaks from the clinch.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Killcowski, right into the meat.
Killcowski shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Frankenfurter sprawls well. Frankenfurter wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Killcowski gets slowly back to his feet. Frankenfurter moves out of range of the strikes. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Frankenfurter throws a quick inside leg kick. Frankenfurter throws a sloppy head kick and Killcowski moves out of range easily. Killcowski dives in and grabs Frankenfurter's left leg, looking for a takedown. Frankenfurter pushes down on Killcowski's head and hops out. Frankenfurter is looking for a counter combo. Frankenfurter closes the distance and pushes Killcowski back into the cage. Nice body punch from Frankenfurter - that landed with a thud.
That's one minute gone in the round. Frankenfurter has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Killcowski uses from the top position. Frankenfurter is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Frankenfurter controlling the position. Frankenfurter wants to sweep but no luck. Frankenfurter is working hard here to advance position. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Killcowski working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Frankenfurter is pulling down on Killcowski's head to control his posture. Frankenfurter is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Frankenfurter moves into the clinch. Frankenfurter is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Frankenfurter stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Frankenfurter's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Frankenfurter seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression. Frankenfurter breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Frankenfurter closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Killcowski did well to prevent Frankenfurter getting side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Frankenfurter pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Frankenfurter shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Frankenfurter showed some decent athleticism there. Frankenfurter sitting and controlling from the half guard. Frankenfurter has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Killcowski is breathing heavily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Frankenfurter is working for a submission of some sort.
That's one minute gone in the round. Frankenfurter controlling the pace. This is a sustained period of stalling by Frankenfurter. Frankenfurter tries to stand but can't do so whilst Killcowski controls his leg. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Frankenfurter stands up and beckons Killcowski to join him on the feet. Frankenfurter shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Killcowski's guard. Frankenfurter passes into half guard. Frankenfurter lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Frankenfurter content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Killcowski avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Frankenfurter. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lemmy Frankenfurter dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Dan Killcowski's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Frankenfurter closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Frankenfurter has Killcowski pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Frankenfurter pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Killcowski tumbling to the mat - Frankenfurter dives into Killcowski's guard. Frankenfurter not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Frankenfurter in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Killcowski takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Killcowski keeping full guard, as Frankenfurter tries to pass. Frankenfurter prevents Killcowski from getting back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Frankenfurter pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Killcowski is keeping the position for now. Frankenfurter scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Frankenfurter with a flurry of punches that miss. Frankenfurter controls from within his opponent's guard.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Frankenfurter moves into the clinch successfully.
Killcowski has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Frankenfurter after a bit of a struggle. Frankenfurter gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Killcowski regains guard.
Frankenfurter is standing up over Killcowski. Killcowski looks to escape but Frankenfurter dives into side control.

Frankenfurter will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Frankenfurter is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Killcowski is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Frankenfurter tries to stand but Killcowski is controlling his head. Frankenfurter thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Frankenfurter decides to stand up, so the ref orders Killcowski to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Frankenfurter gets the takedown into side control. Frankenfurter is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Killcowski can do to turn this around? Frankenfurter is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Killcowski has escaped the position, nice work there. Frankenfurter content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Killcowski is absolutely dripping with sweat - he looks exhausted.
That's one minute gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Killcowski's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Frankenfurter tries to score with some ground and pound. Killcowski controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Frankenfurter in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Killcowski is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
