The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hart tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Farley defends well and Hart ends up having to push Farley into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Farley throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Hart tries to score a power double leg takedown but Farley sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Hart somewhat.
Farley tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hart swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Glenn Hart seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

It looked like Farley was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
