Twister has hold of one of Loens's legs. Loens is fighting the takedown attempt but Twister gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

Loens is looking to stand back up but Twister counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Loens.
Loens knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Twister on the ground.
