Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Artur Milano! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ragnar Rage! The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Paulsen Ambrosius and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Milano throws a good cross that connects.
Milano misses with a double jab.
Ragnar Rage seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rage shoots and misses and Milano counters with a stiff right hand. Rage moves into range and clinches up with Milano. Rage keeps control of Milano as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Milano breaks the clinch.
Milano looks to land a combination. Rage sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. The fight moves into the clinch position. Milano blocks the elbow strike.
Rage is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Milano is defending well. Rage fails to pull guard.
Artur Milano has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ragnar Rage. Rage tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Milano just stands there and leans against the cage. Milano avoiding damage.

That's one minute gone in the round. Milano pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Rage tries to clinch up but Milano circles away and keeps his distance. Rage has a takedown stuffed. Milano with a hook. Rage shoots in but no luck this time. Milano looking to land some kicks to the body here.

enabling Milano to counter with a crisp jab. Rage looks winded! Danga de danga de dang - Milano scores with a four punch combination! Rage doesn't succeed with the takedown and Milano counters with a straight right hand. Milano pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Rage back to the cage. Milano follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A cross from Milano lands.
Rage is rocked! Milano throws a right and a left that Rage avoids nicely. Artur Milano is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Rage darts in trying to clinch and Milano counters with a lovely straight right hand!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Milano throws a front kick aimed at Rage's knee but Rage avoids it well. Rage closes the distance and clinches up with Milano, looking for a takedown. Rage pushes Milano against the cage but Milano circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Danga de danga de dang - Milano scores with a four punch combination! Milano connects with a single shot there. Milano attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Rage takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Rage is still on wobbly legs! Can Milano finish him? Milano stalks Rage and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Rage's face. Rage staggers backwards, shaken. Milano fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Rage seems to have recovered his senses. Rage blocks the body kick.
Milano stuffs the takedown. Milano is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Milano lands a two punch combo.
Milano closes the distance and pushes Rage back into the cage. Milano dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Milano takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Milano blocks an uppercut.
Rage drops down looking for an ankle pick but Milano pulls his leg out and moves away.
Rage shoots and misses and Milano counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Milano lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Milano lands with a nice combination. Rage backs away looking to recover. Milano moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Milano finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Rage is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Rage thows a left - swing and a miss! Rage moves to clinch but Milano breaks away and Milano counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Milano lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Oooooh!!! Milano has knocked Rage down with a huge combo! Milano steps away and waves a wobbly Rage back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Milano lands a hook that stumbles Rage back into the cage. Milano follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Rage to the canvas! Milano pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Rage has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:07 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Artur Milano! During a confident post fight interview, Artur Milano thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him. In defeat, Ragnar Rage stepped up to the mic, saying 'Ya know... i've had a lot of downs since I started in this sport... But we always get back up. I promise that I will learn from this, train hard and get back up... i'm sorry to the fans i have let down and hope you will give me a chance to redeem myself.'.
