The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Simmons moves into the clinch.

Williams gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Simmons.
Simmons looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Simmons tries to score a body lock takedown but Williams shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Lenny Williams has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Fred Simmons.
