Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Unkown Assassin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fujimoto Hatsuharu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hatsuharu comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Ohh Ahh kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Unkown Assassin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Fujimoto Hatsuharu ! The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Shirou Masuda and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No luck for Assassin with that takedown attempt. No joy there for Hatsuharu , who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Hatsuharu throws a head kick but Assassin moves out of range.
Hatsuharu throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Assassin. Hatsuharu dodges the punch combination from Assassin.
Assassin fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Hatsuharu tries a head kick but it misses.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hatsuharu swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Assassin counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Hatsuharu misses with a double jab
enabling Assassin to counter with a crisp jab.
That's one minute gone in the round. Assassin shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hatsuharu but Hatsuharu pushes him off and we're back to square one. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Unkown Assassin. That's going to take a lot out of him. Assassin moves in looking to clinch but Hatsuharu pushes him off. Assassin ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hatsuharu moves away. Hatsuharu misses with a combination
and Assassin counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Hatsuharu misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

and Assassin counters with a three punch combo that has Hatsuharu backing up. Hatsuharu nods at Assassin to acknowledge the strikes. Assassin wants to clinch up but Hatsuharu keeps it at a distance. Assassin misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Assassin throws a sloppy head kick and Hatsuharu moves out of range easily. Assassin looks for a takedown but Hatsuharu sprawls well. Assassin swings and misses with a hook to the body.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Assassin shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Unkown Assassin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Assassin fails with the takedown. Assassin is breathing heavily. Hatsuharu lands with a kick to the temple. Assassin shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Excellent takedown into side control there by Hatsuharu . Assassin tries to bench press Hatsuharu off him but Hatsuharu keeps the position. Assassin is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hatsuharu stands up. Jab from Assassin. Assassin fails in his attempt to clinch. Hatsuharu goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Assassin shoots and misses and Hatsuharu counters with a big head kick but Assassin shrugs it off. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Fujimoto Hatsuharu dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Assassin shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Hatsuharu as he avoids it easily. Assassin moves in looking to clinch but Hatsuharu pushes him off. Hatsuharu throws a body kick that misses. Assassin shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hatsuharu but Hatsuharu pushes him off and we're back to square one. A lazy body kick attempt from Assassin. Hatsuharu misses with a double jab
and Assassin decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Hatsuharu 's guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Assassin is looking to stand up but Hatsuharu won't let him. Assassin seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Hatsuharu keeping moving, preventing Assassin from controlling successfully.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Assassin has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Hatsuharu is proving hard to escape from. Assassin trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Hatsuharu is trying to control the position but Assassin postures up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Assassin wants to pass the guard but Hatsuharu is keeping the position.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Hatsuharu swats away the attempt to clinch by Assassin. Hatsuharu is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Assassin lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Good exchange - Assassin coming out on top. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Assassin.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Assassin looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hatsuharu is fending him off so far but Assassin persists. Nope, Hatsuharu circles away and we're back to standing. Assassin will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Fujimoto Hatsuharu seems to be getting the better of the standup. Assassin doesn't succeed with the takedown and Hatsuharu counters with a big head kick but Assassin shrugs it off. Assassin tries to clinch there but Hatsuharu circles away.

Unkown Assassin dominated that second round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Assassin shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Hatsuharu decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Assassin's guard. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Unkown Assassin. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Assassin trying to control the position.
Assassin is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Hatsuharu is controlling him. Assassin is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Assassin is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Hatsuharu is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Assassin controlling Hatsuharu 's posture. Hatsuharu won't allow Assassin to get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Assassin bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Hatsuharu 's guard. Assassin pushes down on Hatsuharu 's leg and manages to get into half guard. Assassin not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Hatsuharu is refusing to be controlled, as Assassin sits in half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Assassin seems to be working for a kimura but Hatsuharu defends the submission attempt. Assassin is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
And that's the end of the fight! Fujimoto Hatsuharu comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Hatsuharu has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
