Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 1, fighting out of London, Federico Leblanc! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Steve Austin! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, James Atkins and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Austin moves into the clinch. Austin breaks from the clinch.
Austin forces Leblanc back against the cage and clinches. Austin is leaning against Leblanc and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Austin unloads a knee to the mid-section. Austin's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Nice body punch from Austin. Leblanc is breathing heavily. Austin lands an elbow inside.
It looks like Federico Leblanc has been cut. Leblanc letting Austin take a breather here. Austin pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Austin rushes Leblanc and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Austin manages to break the clinch.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Austin lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Austin breaks the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Austin moves into the clinch. A body shot lands from Austin.

Austin gets a trip takedown into half guard. Austin lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Austin is nestled in close to Leblanc, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Austin working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Federico Leblanc's cut is getting worse. Austin seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Leblanc does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Leblanc on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Austin scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Austin is trying to work for a kimura but Leblanc is defending well.
Austin is trying to control. Leblanc wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Leblanc really is a fat lump. Leblanc avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Austin. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Austin is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Austin seems to be looking for submissions.

Federico Leblanc's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. Austin prevents Leblanc from improving his position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Leblanc blocking the ground and pound attempt from Austin. Leblanc is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Austin scores with a couple of nice shots. Austin scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Jeez, Federico Leblanc's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Federico Leblanc's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
