The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simpson's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Swanson connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Simpson scrambles back to his feet.
It looks like Bob Simpson has been cut.
Swanson throws a sloppy head kick and Simpson moves out of range easily.
Simpson ducks straight into an uppercut from Swanson and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Simpson manages to regain guard straight away.
Simpson is rocked!
Swanson passes Simpson's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Simpson is still in real trouble! Can Swanson finish him?
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Swanson is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Simpson has managed to free his arm - good work.
Swanson scores with a big shot! Simpson's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Simpson! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!

Dandy Swanson spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
