The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, David Hoff and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mc Donnagh closes the distance and lands a one-two.
It looks like Rex Rohim has been cut.
Rohim gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Rohim jumps guard and drags Mc Donnagh to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mc Donnagh drops back looking for a leg! Rohim is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Rohim manages to kick Mc Donnagh off! Mc Donnagh jumps back into Rohim's guard.
Mc Donnagh is looking to work some ground and pound but Rohim has wrist control.
Rohim trying to keep a closed guard but Mc Donnagh is proving a slippery customer.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mc Donnagh wants to take a breather but Rohim is having none of it.
Mc Donnagh is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Rohim is just riding it out for now. Mc Donnagh eventually gives up the hold.
