Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rodeo Joe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dana White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). White is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Im The Boss. Dana White will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rodeo Joe! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dana White! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Stewart Dunkirk and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Joe circles away from the clinch attempt.
White lands a right hook to the body.
White tries to clinch up and Joe counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for White! White is looking for a sweep. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. You can see the frustration on White's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Joe trying to control the action but White is working from the bottom. Joe is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. White knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
That's one minute gone in the round. Joe tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. White is trying to work for a sweep but Joe has mounted him! White gets back to half guard. Joe throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Still in half guard, Joe seems content to control. White looking for submissions off his back. White looking for submissions off his back. Joe frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Joe thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Joe working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Joe working for a guillotine from mount but White is in no mood to give up. Joe avoids the attempt from White to control. Joe is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But White has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from White!
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. White avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Joe is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. White is aware though and is defending well. Joe looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. White trying to control but Joe is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. White drops back, looking for a kneebar! Joe looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Joe looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Joe! White tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Joe wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. A lull in the action here. White sneaks back into half guard. We've been informed that White has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. White is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Joe is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. White doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Joe. Joe tries to pass to full mount but White defends it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Joe works his foot free and advances to mount. Joe controlling from mount. Joe working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Joe looking to control but White is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Joe wants to get back to his feet but White is holding on tight.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. White defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Joe. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rodeo Joe dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
White tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. White displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Joe. White throws a big shot that misses. White moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
It looks like Rodeo Joe has been cut. White wants to clinch and Joe counters with a shoot takedown. White fights it but they end up in guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. White working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Joe doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Joe manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. White looking to control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Joe engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. White keeping moving, preventing Joe from controlling successfully. Joe is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that White can do to turn this around? Joe is pushing down on White's leg trying to pass to half guard. White is fighting to maintain full guard but Joe has managed to sneak the leg through. Joe is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

White escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Joe gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Joe slips nicely into half guard. White looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Still in half guard, Joe seems content to control. White wants to improve his position but Joe is controlling well.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Rodeo Joe! Rodeo Joe was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
