Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rham Kota (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Morrison Erikksen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kota's entrance music is Won't Let You Down - Chamillionaire. A fine choice. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Morrison Erikksen enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Morrison Erikksen! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Erikksen throws a head kick that misses. Kota misses with a takedown attempt - Erikksen sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Erikksen misses with a kick to the body.
Kota has been working on his balance at , so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Erikksen. Kota closes the distance and clinches up with Erikksen, looking for a takedown. Kota pushes Erikksen against the cage but Erikksen circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Kota takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Erikksen scores with a jab to the head.

Erikksen pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Kota back to the cage. Erikksen follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Kota scores with a takedown into Erikksen's guard. Kota is looking to work some ground and pound but Erikksen has wrist control. Kota with a flurry of punches that miss. Erikksen is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Erikksen avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. That's two minutes gone in the round. Kota is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Kota working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Erikksen's head. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Erikksen can do anything to dispel that myth. Kota missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Kota landing some decent shots from guard. Kota throwing strikes but missing. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kota throws a strike but Erikksen rolls with it and manages to sweep. That's three minutes gone in the round. Erikksen wants to stand but Kota is controlling his arm. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kota tries to strike from the bottom but misses. Kota manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Kota looking for submissions off his back. Kota is looking for a sweep. That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Kota with the active half guard here but Erikksen passes nicely into side control. We've been informed that Erikksen has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Kota is breathing heavily. Kota manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Erikksen manages to get to full guard.
Erikksen managing to control the position. Kota loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Erikksen utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Kota throws a big elbow that misses. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Morrison Erikksen dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Erikksen digs a good body shot into Kota's ribs. Kota takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Erikksen scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Kota doesn't seem bothered though. Donk. Erikksen catches Kota right on the button with a cross. Erikksen feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Kota sprawling to the canvas! Kota rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Erikksen finish him?!
Kota is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Erikksen lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Kota is looking to close the distance but Erikksen sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Kota crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Kota is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
