Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hector Mueller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy End (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tommy End has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Hector Mueller's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Hector Mueller! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Tommy End! The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Alexandre Firmino and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! End closes the distance and clinches. End jumps guard and drags Mueller to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Mueller with a flurry of punches that miss. End looking to hit a scissor sweep but Mueller is one step ahead there. End preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Mueller tries to stand but End is controlling from the bottom. Mueller trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mueller postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mueller throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as End works some decent striking defense from the bottom. End is trying to hold Mueller in close to prevent damage but Mueller has managed to pass into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. End trying to control but Mueller postures up.
Mueller is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. End is trying to get back to full guard. Mueller is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Mueller is working for a kimura but End is defending it quite comfortably.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Mueller thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed End's head. End kicks Mueller off and gets back to his feet. End takes a swing at Mueller's ribcage but misses. End fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Mueller, pushing him back against the cage. End decides to pull guard. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Mueller's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Mueller preventing the sweep.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mueller keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of End's head. Mueller postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mueller is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Mueller postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. End utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. End wants to stand but Mueller is controlling the position. Mueller postures up in End's guard and throws a big left but End blocks it. Mueller scoring with some ground and pound. Mueller scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
That's four minutes gone in the round. End looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Mueller passes into half guard.
End looks winded! Mueller is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and End defends it well. Mueller really is a fat lump. Mueller is looking for a kimura here.
End is trying to maintain the position but Mueller is very close to passing his half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Hector Mueller will probably get the nod. That's time! Mueller's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
End looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. End throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. End is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Mueller wants to get back to his feet.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. End throws a series of strikes that have Mueller backpedaling.
It looks like Hector Mueller has been cut. Hector Mueller is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. End feints and as Mueller raises his hands in defense, End changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Mueller has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Mueller is trying to control the position from the bottom.
End wants to pass the guard but Mueller is keeping the position. End has been the more effective fighter overall so far. End is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mueller working a defensive guard here.
Mueller looking for a sweep. Not yet Mueller, not yet. End throws a strike but Mueller rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Mueller throws a big right hand that misses. End wants to hit a switch here but Mueller passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for End there! End is desperately trying to improve his position but Mueller has a good base and remains in mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mueller breaks from End's wrist control and lands an elbow. End wants to hold on but Mueller pushes him away. Hector Mueller overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Mueller jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but End manages to avoid the submission attempt. Mueller swings around for an armbar but End sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Mueller's guard. Mueller keeping moving, preventing End from controlling successfully. End must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mueller is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. End stays in close to Mueller's body and controls the position. Mueller manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. End manages to get himself to full guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now End is on top in guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Mueller looking to control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tommy End showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Hector Mueller's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
End looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Mueller! Mueller keeps End under control for a moment. The strikes coming from End are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Mueller pushes End away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, End gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. End tries to score with some ground and pound. Mueller controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. End just content to control the position. End trying to control the action but Mueller is working from the bottom. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mueller is trying to control End's posture but End avoids it.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. End dips down and scores with a jab to the body. End rushes Mueller and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Mueller manages to pull guard.
Mueller is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Mueller is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mueller pushes End off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Mueller misses with a double jab
and End counters by clinching up. End's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. End decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Mueller looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. End is keen to just control but Mueller is a slippery customer. End takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Mueller is looking to improve his position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. The fighters are battling for position here. Mueller manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Mueller has his hands on End's head, controlling the position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. End scores with a takedown into Mueller's guard. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! End won't allow Mueller to get back to his feet. End trying to control the position from guard on top but Mueller is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
And that's the end of the fight! Tommy End comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well End has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
