Alexander kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Superheroes. The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Daniel Franklin and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Klaniaris throws a right hand that Alexander ducks under and follows up with a left that Alexander also avoids with ease.
Alexander drops down looking for a counter takedown but Klaniaris sprawls and moves away.
Klaniaris closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Klaniaris misses with the combination.
Klaniaris throws a series of punches but Alexander moves out of range.
Alexander closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Klaniaris to the mat! Klaniaris manages to get full guard.
Alexander controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Alexander is looking to advance position but Klaniaris has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
Klaniaris sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.

Alexander doing his best to control the position. Can he escape?
Klaniaris avoids the attempt from Alexander to control.
Klaniaris throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Klaniaris looking to control but Alexander is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Alexander knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Klaniaris on the ground.
Klaniaris sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Alexander is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Alexander is trying to reverse the position but instead Klaniaris has taken his back - oops!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Alexander is holding on to Klaniaris 's glove but Klaniaris gets free and slips his arm under Alexander 's chin. This could be big trouble! Yes, Alexander is tapping furiously and this one is over!
