Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jan Jedrzejczyk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Ball (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Dirk Anderson and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ball wants to clinch up but Jedrzejczyk keeps it at a distance.
Jedrzejczyk misses with a body shot.
Ball shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Jedrzejczyk fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Jedrzejczyk has a takedown stuffed.
Ball shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Ball was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Jedrzejczyk is looking to reverse the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jedrzejczyk wants to get back to his feet but Ball is dominant here and he's now got Jedrzejczyk's back!

I really don't envy Jedrzejczyk right now.
Ball is controlling the position but Jedrzejczyk somehow manages to roll and ends up with half guard.
Ball stalling away here and it's allowed Jedrzejczyk to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Jedrzejczyk is looking to advance position but Ball has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
Jedrzejczyk can't escape the position.
Ball throwing strikes here but Jedrzejczyk is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

Ball is hanging on to Jedrzejczyk's back as he tries to escape.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Ball is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Jedrzejczyk has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Ball has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Jedrzejczyk taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Ball doesn't care though - he's delighted!
