The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Larsen looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Maria!
Maria prevents Larsen from moving into mount.
Maria tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Larsen wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
A lull in the action here.
Maria can't do much from the bottom here.
Larsen tries for a kimura but Maria is defending well.
Maria tries to bench press Larsen off him but Larsen keeps the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Larsen lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Maria tries to hold on but Larsen pushes him away.
BOOM! Larsen connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
