Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Dave Klincko!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 22 - 0, fighting out of New York, Emory Majors!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Lou da Vinci and Chad Campbell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Klincko throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Klincko jabs Majors right on the nose. Majors blinks but takes it well.
Majors fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Klincko avoids it really well and circles away.
Majors connects with a body shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Klincko wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Majors misses with a double jab.
Klincko takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Dave Klincko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Nice uppercut lands for Majors. That snapped Klincko's head back.
Klincko scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
A low kick from Majors is predictable there
and Klincko counters with a nice body kick.

Majors scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Majors jumps guard but Klincko turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Majors tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Klincko defends well and Majors ends up having to push Klincko into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Majors shoots in but no luck this time.
Some bone on bone action there as Majors checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Klincko drops Majors with a right and a left! Klincko comes rushing in but Majors regains his composure and manages to keep Klincko in guard.

Well Klincko has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
