Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Bugaev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Don Pepot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, David Bugaev! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Don Pepot! The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Hugh Johnson and Ron Honeybunn.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pepot throws a lazy right hand but Bugaev sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Bugaev shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Pepot napping and manages to drive through into side control! Bugaev controlling from side mount. Bugaev sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Pepot is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Bugaev throws an elbow but Pepot slips to the side and avoids it well. Pepot defending against the ground and pound. Bugaev throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bugaev slows the pace down. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bugaev thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Bugaev looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pepot takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Check out the look on Bugaev's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Bugaev lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Pepot can't do much from the bottom here. Bugaev trying to control the action but Pepot is working from the bottom. Pepot is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bugaev is working Pepot over with some ground and pound from side control. The strikes coming from Bugaev are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Bugaev lands a decent elbow from side control. Bugaev taking a breather here. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Bugaev working away. Bugaev is working Pepot over with some ground and pound from side control. Bugaev working the body and head with strikes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bugaev passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Pepot! Bugaev is stalling here but it's allowed Pepot to get half guard.

Bugaev fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Pepot is rocked! Bugaev postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Pepot badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Bugaev around the waist but Bugaev pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Bugaev is the winner by TKO! Bugaev jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
