Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Artur Szpilka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyson Boggs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boggs has chosen "Miami Vice Theme" by Jan Hammer as his entrance music. Tyson Boggs is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Konstantin Menshow and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Szpilka looks to land a combination but Boggs avoids it well.
Boggs drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Boggs postures up in Szpilka's guard and throws a big left but Szpilka blocks it.
Szpilka looking to control but Boggs passes into half guard.
Szpilka looks like he's trying to stand up.
Boggs is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Boggs has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Szpilka wants to control but Boggs is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Szpilka is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Boggs's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Boggs's back!
Boggs breaks Szpilka's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

Szpilka looking for subs off his back but Boggs has passed one foot through into half guard.
Szpilka is breathing heavily.
Szpilka on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Boggs lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Boggs is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Szpilka is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Tyson Boggs!
Tyson Boggs took to the mic after the fight and begged the organizational hierarchy for a shot at the title.
