Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Warren Peace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Justin Cider (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cider has chosen The Winner as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Warren Peace! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Justin Cider ! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Patrick Alders and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Peace shoots in for a takedown but Cider shows good takedown defense. Peace tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Cider swivels and escapes. Cider lands with a cross. Cider misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Peace takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Sloppy strikes from Cider . Those never looked like landing. Cider throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Cider fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Peace. Cider misses with a low kick. Peace shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Warren Peace. That's going to take a lot out of him. Cider misses with a body shot.
Peace changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cider tries to avoid it but Peace manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cider to the ground. Cider escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Cider fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Peace manages to avoid it. Cider misses with a head kick.
Cider throws a chopping leg kick but Peace manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Peace closes the distance and clinches up with Cider , looking for a takedown. Peace pushes Cider against the cage but Cider circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Peace dives in and grabs Cider 's left leg, looking for a takedown. Cider pushes down on Peace's head and hops out. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Peace looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Peace dives in for a single leg takedown but Cider sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Peace looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cider throws a quick inside leg kick. Justin Cider is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Cider throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Peace on the side of the head. Cider feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Peaces jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Peace scores with a takedown into Cider 's guard. Cider keeping full guard, as Peace tries to pass. Peace is working hard here to advance position. Cider looking to hit a scissor sweep but Peace is one step ahead there. Cider is trying to keep Peace in close.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Peace stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cider swivels though and keeps the full guard. Cider is pulling down on Peace's head. It's preventing any offense from Peace, at least for the moment. Peace preventing the sweep. Peace slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Peace forces his way into half guard. Cider is looking for a sweep. Peace is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Peace is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground! Peace is working for a submission of some sort.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Cider wants to improve his position but Peace is controlling well.
Cider is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Peace is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Cider is just riding it out for now. Peace eventually gives up the hold. Cider felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Cider wants to improve his position but Peace is controlling well.
Peace will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Cider regains full guard. Nicely done.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Cider tries to land a sweep but no joy. Peace drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Cider manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Peace has Cider in his guard. Cider trying to control the position from guard on top but Peace is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Cider tries to free his leg and advance position but Peace is retaining full guard. Cider trying to control but Peace is working from the bottom. Cider won't allow Peace to sweep him here. Cider trying to control but Peace is working from the bottom. Cider pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Peace is keeping the position for now. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Peace lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Peace is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Cider is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Cider has escaped and now he's on top! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Justin Cider dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Peace shoots in and drives through. Cider sprawls well. Cider tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Peace is looking to counter punch. Peace throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Cider 's waist but Cider gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Peace off to one side. Cider let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Warren Peace. That's going to take a lot out of him. Peace slips under a jab. Warren Peace seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Cider fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Cider is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Peace rather than just go for the knockout. Peace avoids the body shot from Cider .
Warren Peace is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Cider throws a hook to the side of Peace's head but Peace sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Donk. Cider catches Peace right on the button with a cross. Peace shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Peace was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Cider has been the more effective fighter overall so far. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Cider is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Still in half guard, Cider seems content to control. Cider is looking to take a break and control but Peace is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Cider tries to stand but can't do so whilst Peace controls his leg. Warren Peace overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Cider wants to lay and pray for a moment but Peace keeps working. Cider has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Cider looking to control but Peace is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Peace regains half guard. Peace looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Cider passes the guard and advances to mount! Cider content just to control the position here. Cider tries to control but Peace wriggling away. Peace slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cider wants to take a breather but Peace is having none of it. Peace is pressing down on Cider 's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Peace working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Cider doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Cider manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Peace looking for a sweep. Not yet Peace, not yet. Peace keeping moving, preventing Cider from controlling successfully. Cider content to stall in guard here. Cider stopping the sweep attempt from Peace. Cider sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Peace's guard. Peace really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Cider works his way into side control. Cider controlling from side mount.

Peace is looking to regain half guard here but Cider keeps moving and retains side control. Cider trying to control the action but Peace is working from the bottom. Peace is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Cider off and has taken his back! Peace is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.

An inside leg kick lands from Cider . Peace dives in and grabs Cider 's left leg, looking for a takedown. Cider pushes down on Peace's head and hops out. Peace closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Cider is looking for a sweep. You can see the frustration on Cider 's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Cider is looking to reverse the position. Peace looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cider is trying to control Peace's posture but Peace avoids it.

Cider is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Peace is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Cider chips away with some ground and pound. Peace looking for a guillotine here but Cider defends easily.

A close third round but Justin Cider just about did enough to take it. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Peace shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Cider but Cider pushes him off and we're back to square one. It's got to the stage where if one of these guys blows hard enough, the other might fall over. Cider lands a leg kick that knocks Peace off balance momentarily. Cider connects with an inside leg kick. Peace is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Cider lands a jab to Peace's midsection. Cider lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Peace at a distance.
Cider throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. Peace shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Cider counters with a head kick. That will keep Peace thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! A head kick misses from Cider . Peace takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Cider feints and then cracks Peace's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Peace down. Cider bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Peace's head. Cider connects with a high kick. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Peace misses with a wild body shot. The fighters circling - Cider throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Peace fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Cider avoids it really well and circles away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cider stuffs the takedown. Cider now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Cider scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Peace has his takedown stuffed and Cider counters with a nice low kick that buckles Peace's knee momentarily. Peace shoots in but no luck this time. Cider throws a head kick that Peace semi-blocks.
Cider scores with a push kick. Cider thuds a left hand into Peace's body. A combination from Peace does no damage. Peace takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Cider lands a lovely overhand right. Cider scores with a one two! Peace had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Cider lands a nice leg kick that just misses Peace's sensitive parts. Cider displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Peace.
And that's the end of the fight! Justin Cider comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Cider winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
