Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tad Sanders (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lars Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tad Sanders!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lars Miller!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Wagner Zegers and Patrick Alders.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Miller manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Sanders on his heels. He'll look to pass Sanders's guard now, I'm sure.

Sanders is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Miller defends well.

Miller is pushing down on Sanders's leg trying to pass to half guard. Sanders is fighting to maintain full guard but Miller has managed to sneak the leg through.

Miller is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Miller tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Miller has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Sanders tries to escape but Miller is in control.

Miller goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Sanders rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Miller's guard! Nice work there by Sanders!
Sanders would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Miller closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Sanders's guard.

Miller drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Sanders manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Miller has Sanders in his guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Sanders slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Miller is trying to get back to half guard.
Sanders wants to stand but Miller has his arm trapped.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Sanders decides to stand up, so the ref orders Miller to his feet.

Miller shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Miller showed some decent athleticism there.

Sanders is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Miller pulls his head out easily.
Sanders is not content to let Miller control the position.

Miller is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Sanders still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Sanders has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!
Sanders really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Sanders enables Miller to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Sanders manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Sanders looks to land a strike but Miller avoids it nicely and regains full guard.

Miller wants to sweep here but Sanders controlling him for the moment.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Lars Miller.
Well Miller has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
