Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daron Buxton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bunny Anstey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buxton comes into the arena with ScHoolboy Q - Hands On The Wheel Feat A$AP Rocky blaring out of the sound system. Daron Buxton has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Anstey misses.
Buxton missing with a left hand there. Anstey was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Anstey looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Buxton takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Nice jab there from Anstey.
Anstey paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Anstey misses with a double jab.
Anstey swings widly with a right hand
and Buxton makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Anstey throws the left hand but Buxton avoids the punch easily.
An attempted straight right counter from Buxton misses the target.
Buxton misses with an uppercut.
Buxton keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Buxton lands with an overhand left.
Buxton tries for a takedown but Anstey sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Anstey is looking to clinch.

Buxton takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

We've been hearing reports that Buxton has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Anstey drops his hands momentarily and Buxton takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Anstey throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Buxton sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Buxton throws a big counter combination but Anstey scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Anstey scores with a three punch combo!
Anstey throws a series of punches but Buxton avoids them all with ease.
Buxton was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Buxton avoids a punch combination nicely.
Anstey fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Good standup being displayed there by Buxton as he connects with a hook.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Anstey misses with a hook
and Buxton cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Buxton tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Anstey manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Anstey misses the body punch
and Buxton counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Anstey might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Anstey throws a lazy right hand but Buxton sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
A little feinted left hand from Buxton on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

Anstey throws a nice inside leg kick.
Anstey ducks right into an uppercut from Buxton.
The crowd cheers as Anstey lands an impressive looking overhand right. Buxton doesn't seem phased though.
Anstey scores with a leg kick.
Anstey throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Buxton cracks Anstey with an uppercut from hell and Anstey crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Buxton's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
Anstey is rocked!
Buxton stands up over Anstey, holding on to his feet. Buxton throws the legs to one side and dives in with a huge shot that lands flush on the chin! Anstey is out cold! Buxton lands a couple more shots and the ref tackles him out of the way! What a brutal finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Daron Buxton!
An out of breath Daron Buxton thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
