The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Viktor Lagutenko and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dobromir shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Hyde tries to roll over but Dobromir keeps him under control.
Hyde has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Dobromir is working away from the top position though.
Dobromir wants to work for an arm triangle but Hyde is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Dobromir is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Dobromir changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hyde tries to avoid it but Dobromir manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hyde to the ground. Hyde escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Zo Hyde.
