Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bessarion Alexius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Glorious Tyrone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alexius kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is A Country Boy Can Survive. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alexius attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Tyrone flicks out a counter leg kick but Alexius steps away.
Alexius needs to keep his hands up - Tyrone had a free shot at his head there.
Tyrone changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Alexius pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Tyrone wants to slow Alexius down by chopping away at his legs.
Tyrone throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Alexius on the side of the head.
Alexius moves away from the strike by Tyrone.
Alexius looking to score a takedown here. Tyrone is defending well but Alexius drives through and ends up in Tyrone's guard.
Tyrone keeping full guard, as Alexius tries to pass.
Tyrone is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Alexius defends well.
Tyrone is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Alexius lands a couple of elbows.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Alexius stands up over Tyrone, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Tyrone is looking to cinch up a triangle. Alexius throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Tyrone's body to avoid the submission. Tyrone has instead reached around Alexius's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Tyrone arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
