The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Chris Saunders and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aoki connects with the punch.
The fighters circle momentarily. Tanner darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Tanner fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Aoki looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Tanner is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Aoki takes a swing at Tanner's ribcage but misses.
Dick Tanner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Tanner is posturing up here but Aoki has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Tanner tries to roll out but it's too tight and Tanner has to tap! Slick submission there by Aoki!
