Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between John Lord (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Swanson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Joe Swanson!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Phil Schofield and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Swanson tries for a takedown but Lord circles away easily
and Lord counters with a one-two to the body.
Lord with a nice cross.
Lord getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Lord lands with a right hand.
Lord displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Swanson.
Lord moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
BOOM! Lord lands a beautiful left hook that drops Swanson. Swanson tries to recover but Lord is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Swanson lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). John Lord!
