Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leo Sonnen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Test Test (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sonnen's entrance music is Scream Aim Fire. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Test Test!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Test keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Sonnen swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Test shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
A looping hook to the body misses from Sonnen. Test does a little dance to reset his feet.
Test shoots in but Sonnen avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Test looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Sonnen misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Test.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Test! But no joy.
Sonnen loads up on a big right hand but Test slips the punch.
Test thuds his right hand into Sonnen's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Test displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.

Sonnen gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Test wants to get back to striking at distance but Sonnen won't allow it.
A body shot lands from Sonnen.
Sonnen misses with a hook to the ribs.
Test is looking to control Sonnen's arms but Sonnen gets an underhook and turns him. Now Test has his back to the ropes.
A short body shot lands from Sonnen as the two fighters clinch.
Test is looking to break free of the clinch but Sonnen has double underhooks.

Sonnen has picked Test up - he's going for a ride! Sonnen dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Sonnen working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Sonnen is nestled in close to Test, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Test is trying to stand back up but Sonnen is controlling him
Test on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Sonnen perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Sonnen has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Test is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Sonnen scores with a couple of nice shots.
Test is not content to let Sonnen control the position.
Sonnen is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Test is trying to stand.
Test really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sonnen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Test scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Sonnen manages to mount him!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Test is trying to stand up.
Test throwing hammer fists to the chest of Sonnen. What's that going to do exactly?
Test working to try and regain half guard.
Sonnen has his opponent pinned against the ropes, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Test's face.

Sonnen unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Test wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Sonnen celebrates on the ropes and the crowd goes wild!
