Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Daniel Blasius and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sato blocks a low kick nicely.
Sato moves out of range as De Groot throws a body kick.
Sato ducks right into an uppercut from De Groot.
Sato's corner calls for a 1-2. Sato obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
De Groot needs to keep his hands up - Sato had a free shot at his head there.
De Groot scores with a spinning back kick!
De Groot takes a kick to the side of the head.
A chopping leg kick lands by De Groot.
De Groot waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Sato.
De Groot takes a shot right to the bread basket.
De Groot throws a right and a left that both miss.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
De Groot throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Sato throws a predictable looking body shot
letting De Groot counter with a right hand.
Sato connects with the punch.
Sato throws a head kick that half lands.
Sato on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by De Groot. De Groot obviously looking to wear him down.
Sato scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
De Groot throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Sato lands with a shot to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Sato misses the shot to the body.
Nice uppercut there from Sato.
Sato waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract De Groot.
De Groot takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Sato steps to the side to avoid the strikes from De Groot.
Sato is clearly trying to counter these attacks from De Groot with a body shot.
De Groot looks to land a body kick but Sato moved away.
Sato doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
We've been hearing reports that De Groot has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Sato jabs De Groot right on the nose. De Groot blinks but takes it well.

Sato moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Sato moves out of range of the body kick from De Groot.
Sato swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
De Groot takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Sato tests De Groot's chin there with a solid looking shot.
De Groot is rocked!
Sato is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! De Groot had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
De Groot throws a low kick but Sato avoids it.
De Groot takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Oh De Groot is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
De Groot throws a leg kick that is checked
and Sato counters with a straight right that drops De Groot to the canvas! Will De Groot beat the count? He's still wobbly and as the count reaches 7, he's still struggling to make it. 8...9...10. He's out!
