Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Steel Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ruud Van Hall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Van Hall has chosen Nico Vega - Beast as his entrance music. Ruud Van Hall told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penn closes the distance and pushes Van Hall back into the ropes.
Penn swings wildly with an uppercut but Van Hall uses good head movement to avoid it.
Van Hall blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Penn throws a punch but it's blocked by Van Hall.
Penn pushes off an throws an elbow but Van Hall leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the ropes.

Penn breaks the clinch momentarily and cracks Van Hall with a big right hook that drops him to the canvas! Van Hall looks like he might be in big trouble here! The referee has started the count straight away and we're up to 5 already. Van Hall get to one knee - can he make it back to his feet? No, he's flopped back to the mat - he's out - this one is all over!

Steel Penn decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
