Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jerry Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mace Windu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mace Windu!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Frank Dennis and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Anderson misses.
Anderson connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Windu's hands.
Anderson tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Windu was well out of range. Poor timing from Anderson.
Windu tries a quick counter leg kick but Anderson is wise to it.
Windu with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Anderson to score with a decent uppercut.
Anderson throws an off balance right hand
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Windu moves out of range as Anderson strikes.
Jerry Anderson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Windu throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Oooooh!!! Anderson has knocked Windu down with a huge combo! Anderson steps away and waves a wobbly Windu back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like Mace Windu has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Anderson drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Windu right on the button. Windu goes down! Anderson follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Anderson gets the win via TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jerry Anderson!
In his post fight interview, Jerry Anderson started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
