Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brad Walton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lenny Hall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lenny Hall will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Brad Walton! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Lenny Hall! The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Jeff Smith and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Walton ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hall moves away. Hall scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Walton tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Hall paws at him with a jab and circles away. Walton seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Hall looks to land a combination. Walton sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Walton misses with an uppercut. Hall saw that one coming. Walton darts in and clinches Hall up against the cage. Hall is trying to break free. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Walton. A short right from Hall. Walton is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Hall is defending well for now. Walton is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Hall avoiding damage as Walton throws knees to the body.

Hall wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Walton has him pressed against the cage. Hall wants to break the clinch but can't.

Hall tries to throw a body punch but Walton avoids it by throwing Hall back against the cage. Walton breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Lenny Hall is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Hall scores with a hook to the body. Walton takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Walton tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Hall paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Walton has Hall pressed against the cage, preventing Hall from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Good anti-grappling being displayed by Hall as Walton tries to tie him up. Walton escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Walton is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Nice body punch from Hall. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Hall lands with a nice body punch. Hall gets a clinch. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Hall manages to break the clinch.

Walton changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Hall is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Walton rather than just go for the knockout. Hall lands with a good body shot. Walton tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hall swats him away and circles back towards the center. Hall throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Walton gets tackled into the cage by Hall. Hall maintains the clinch. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Walton takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Lenny Hall seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far. Hall gets through Walton's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Walton escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Walton moves in looking to clinch but Hall pushes him off. Walton tries to clinch up and Hall counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Lenny Hall seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hall avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Walton walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Walton wants to clinch and Hall counters with a left to the body. Hall misses with a double jab.
Walton drops down looking for a counter takedown but Hall sprawls and moves away. Hall cracks Walton with a good jab. Walton is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Hall's half guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Walton takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Walton seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Hall for as long as he can get away with. Walton's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Brad Walton has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Lenny Hall is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Walton is looking to advance position but Hall won't allow it. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Walton stops Hall from getting back to his feet.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Walton throws a lazy uppercut
and Hall counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! A punch combination from Hall misses. Hall cracks Walton with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Hall has taken the fight to the clinch.
And that's the end of the fight! Lenny Hall comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Hall winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
