Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kevin Painter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and colin daglish (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, colin daglish! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Richard Clark and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Painter shoots for a double leg takedown but daglish sprawls well. He's pushed Painter's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. daglish fails with an attempt to clinch.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Painter is looking to advance position but daglish won't allow it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Painter gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and daglish counters with a nice double leg into side control. Painter won't be happy with that. Painter struggling a bit here. Painter fails with the takedown and daglish counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Painter's guard now. Painter will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. daglish stands up and waves to Painter to follow him. Kevin Painter is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - daglish has eaten all the pies! daglish is taking a breather. Painter says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. daglish wants to stand up but Painter has a hold of him and won't allow it. Painter makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Painter.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Painter manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. daglish manages to get himself to full guard.

colin daglish showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
